📦 Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) once you’ve told us you want to cancel.

2. Refunds
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period:
We will refund the full cost of the item(s) plus the standard delivery charge.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
3. Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless:
The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Condition of Returns
Items must be:
Returned in a resalable condition
With original packaging where possible
We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to:
A full refund (within 30 days of receipt), or
A repair or replacement
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos if applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Personalised or custom-made items
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. cosmetics, underwear)
