    • Transitioning from detergent based shampoo to soap based shampoo can take some time please see our blog post about Shampoo bars and how to  get the best from them
  • My Deodorant has melted and is very oily, what can I do?
    • Our deodorant is very sensitive to temperature changes due to the Coconut oil which is an integral part of the recipe.  If it melts and separates you can stir it up well and pop in the fridge for half an hr and it will be back to normal
  • I have had a reaction to the deodorant what can you do?
    • Natural Deodorants often contain Bicarbonate of Soda which is a fantastic odour neutraliser, it is however for a small minority of people an irritant.  If you experience an allergic reaction to any product discontinue use immediately and do not use again.  It may mean that Bicarb based deodorants are not suitable for your skin.    For full details of our deodorants and how to use them see our blog post
